Order cancellations

An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if it has not shipped. Contact our team immediately through the details on the Contact page.

Defective or damaged products

Report a defective or damaged product within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, or modification are not eligible for a refund.

Unused products

Non-defective products may be returned within 14 days only if they are unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Items that cannot be returned

• Clearance or sale items.
• Products damaged through misuse or modification.
• Digital goods, including software and downloads.
