Why we built FSW

We wanted the store itself to work the way FPV pilots do: fast, direct, and without unnecessary weight. Instead of building The FPV Store on a large off-the-shelf commerce platform, we developed our own high-performance store engine, FSW (Foxake's Sheer Will), around the needs of specialist hobbyist retail.

That gives our local team control over the full buying experience, from browsing specialist parts to pickup, PUDO delivery, and payment, while keeping the platform focused on the South African FPV community. The same pilots who source and use the gear also build and maintain the software behind the store.
